You can book appointments online or by telephone call. These can be booked up to
3 weeks in advance for routine care.
Please ask reception about registering for online services.
You can now book, check or cancel an appointment via our automated 24 hour 7 day a week telephone system.

You are now able to cancel your appointments via text message.
Simply send CANCEL to the number that will display in your reminder message.
Please ensure we have your up to date mobile number.
Please remember to cancel your appointment if you no longer need it, another patient could make use of it.

Please arrive on time. You can check in using our self-check in screens or reception then please take a seat in the appropriate waiting area. Your name will be called by doctor / nurse you are due to see. Please note each appointment with a GP is currently 10 minutes.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Patients who persistently fail to attend appointments without prior notice will find themselves removed from the practice list.
We are currently performing telephone consultations to help demand for face to face appointments. If you have booked a telephone consultation please ensure you are available for the doctor / nurse to call you back.
Have you considered seeing your local Pharmacy? They can provide care for minor illness. Speak to your local Pharmacy
We now offer a variety of online appointments:
Routine appointments with the Doctor
Blood tests with the Healthcare Assistants.
Smear test with the Nurse.
Pill checks with the Nurse.
Minor illness (coughs, cold, sore throats, urine infections, chest infections, cuts, grazes,) with the Nurse.
